The Carlyle Ultima Deck Oven is a high-performance commercial bakery oven built for versatility. Removable pastry grids on every deck let you switch seamlessly from classic baking to stone tile baking—ideal for artisan bread, pastries, or even as a reliable pizza oven.

With powerful steam infusion on all decks as standard, your baked goods come out with superior crust, flavour, and finish. Each chamber is 800mm deep with a 180mm crown height (custom heights available). Durable, flexible, and efficient, it’s one of the best commercial ovens for bakeries aiming for consistent, quality results.
