Pricing & Payment

·       Payment is required prior to delivery unless a prior trading arrangement has been approved.

·       Goods remain the property of Carlyle Engineering Pty Ltd until paid in full.

·       Prices and equipment specifications are subject to change without notice due to changes in material and labour costs.

·       Non-standard, custom-built and made-to-order products require a 100% deposit and are not returnable, including reseller orders.

Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched from Clayton, Victoria. Minimum delivery charge is $60. Freight for interstate and regional deliveries can be arranged at the customer's expense. Packaging and handling charges may apply.

Freight includes up to 15 minutes for positioning equipment by the driver. Additional on-site time is charged at $30 per 15 minutes.

Inspection of Goods

Please inspect goods immediately upon delivery. Written notice of any claim must be provided within seven (7) days. If no notice is received, the goods will be deemed accepted.

Returns Policy

Returns require prior approval from Carlyle Engineering Pty Ltd.

·       Standard stocked products may be accepted for return within 14 days if unused, in original condition and authorised. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

·       Made-to-order, custom manufactured, non-standard, used, damaged or unauthorised returned goods will not be accepted.
