Commercial Bakery Deck Ovens Australia | Carlyle Ultima

The Carlyle Ultima range of commercial electric deck ovens is designed for professional bakeries, patisseries, cafés, pizza businesses and food production facilities requiring flexible, consistent baking performance.

Built exclusively for Carlyle to meet the requirements of Australian bakers, the Ultima range is available in 2-tray, 3-tray and 4-tray configurations, accommodating standard 18 inch (457 mm) bakery trays and providing capacities from 4 to 16 trays depending on the model.

Each deck provides separate temperature control for top and bottom heat, giving the baker greater control over the baking profile. Steam is standard on all decks, with removable pastry grids for stone-tile baking, bake timer with finish-bake buzzer and stainless-steel construction.

The Ultima modular construction allows individual deck sections to pass through a standard doorway and be assembled on site when required. Individual deck controls allow different products and production requirements to be managed across the oven. The range operates at temperatures up to 400°C and is designed for bread, pastry, pizza and other commercial bakery production.
