Gastronorm Pie Tin Tray Pallets for Professional Baking
Engineered for high-volume baking, our standard Gastronorm self-cutting pie tray pallets are designed to meet the demands of commercial pie production. All Gastronorm trays measure 530mm x 325mm, and offer a variety of layouts and individual pie tin shapes - including round and square - so you can customise your bake to suit your product.
The Pie Tins are made from aluminised steel suitable for use as is, but we do recommend teflon coating for easy de-panning and easy cleaning.
