Designed for heavy-duty use, this mobile knock out workbench features a robust stainless-steel frame and a shock-absorbing surface made of 3mm 304 stainless steel with a 16mm timber buffer. This specialized top prevents damage to standard workstations when bakers knock tins to release loaves, preserving both the bench and your pans.

More than just a tool for bread release, the knockout bench doubles as a versatile workspace. Its durable design makes it perfect for handling dough, knocking off excess scraps, and managing other high-impact tasks. Two built-in shelves with ample space between, offer convenient storage for trays and tools, keeping essentials close at hand.

Ideal for use in supermarkets and bakeries, position near your oven or at the end of your standard work bench, great size to roll away and store when not in use.
