The Carlyle Ultima is a high-performance commercial oven designed for bakeries, cafés, and food production facilities that demand versatility and consistent results. Removable pastry grids on every deck let you switch seamlessly from classic baking to stone tile baking – perfect for artisan breads, delicate pastries, or as a dependable foodservice oven for pizzas and more.

With powerful steam infusion on all decks, this bakery oven delivers superior crust, flavour, and finish every time. Each chamber offers 800 mm depth and 180 mm crown height (custom heights available) to handle a wide variety of products. Built with durable stainless steel, stone bases, and a modular design, the Ultima Oven passes through a standard doorway and then stacked on site.

Offering capacity for up to 4 x full-size Bakers trays, individual deck controls, and temperatures up to 400 °C, it’s engineered for high-output baking. The digital timer features a continuous ring, audible alarm, and manual shut-off for complete control.
