The Carlyle CEFHS/4 Farmhouse-TC is a commercial farmhouse bread pan set designed to produce the traditional farmhouse loaf profile. Four pans are strapped together as one complete bakery unit for efficient handling through regular production.
Each pan has a 176 × 122mm top inside opening, a 164 × 110mm base and a depth of 75mm. The complete strapped set measures 400 × 285mm. The pans are formed from aluminised steel and finished with a commercial non-stick Teflon coating to support practical loaf release.
