Bakers Proofing Couche cloth 

Using a couche cloth is a traditional French way to prove your bread. The cloth prevents your dough from drying out thereby producing a crispy Baguette or Baton.

  • L 1950 mm x W 500 mm
  • Plain woven, unbleached and untreated cloth
  • Durable and flexible allowing the dough to be separated by folds of fabric when making baguettes

Care Instructions: Do not wash. Simply scrape clean, dust out or brush after each use. Store dry.
