How many bread tins are included?

The CE340-TC contains three individual bread tins securely strapped together as one commercial baking unit.

Will this bread pan fit a standard bread pan rack?

Yes. The complete 400 x 189mm strapped set is suitable for a standard 16-inch bread pan rack.

What material is the bread pan made from?

The bread pans are made from aluminised steel and finished with a Teflon commercial non-stick coating.

Does this 340g bread pan have steam-release holes?

No. This 340g bread pan is not supplied with steam-release holes. Steam-release options are available on selected 122B bread-pan products.

Is a lid available for this bread pan set?

Yes. A 46/340g DOL black-steel drop-on bread pan lid is available separately and is not included with the bread pan set.
